Emoji Book

Emoji Book was a collaborative art project bringing together selected artists to reinterpret familiar emojis through their own visual language. I was invited to contribute to the project, creating my version of the “face with tears of joy” cat emoji. Instead of approaching it digitally from the start, I sculpted the character by hand using white clay and later added the color and finishing details digitally, combining a physical process with illustration to give a familiar symbol a more tactile and personal character.
